  • You must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible noncitizen (e.g. DACA recipient). Undocumented students are not eligible for this scholarship.
  • To apply, you must submit the Stamps Scholarship application through the UM undergraduate admissions portal by November 1, 2023. The application requires two essays, two letters of recommendation, and electronic submission of a talent representation.
  • Finalists will be invited to participate in virtual interviews with the Stamps Scholarship selection committee in December 2023. Up to 10 students will be selected for the scholarship, which covers the cost of tuition, room, board, and mandatory fees for up to eight semesters of undergraduate study at UM.
