Milojević Urges Fans’ Support Ahead of Europa League Clash

Belgrade, Serbia — FK Crvena Zvezda head coach Vladan Milojević has called on supporters to rally behind the team as they prepare to open their UEFA Europa League campaign against Celtic.

Speaking at a pre-match press conference, Milojević emphasized the importance of unity and focus, noting that small margins could ultimately shape the outcome.

“The players deserve support, the outcome of the match will be decided by the details,” Milojević told reporters.

Crvena Zvezda enter the fixture in strong domestic form, having won all seven of their opening Serbian SuperLiga matches while scoring 30 goals and conceding just five. The team now aims to carry that momentum onto the European stage.

Milojević highlighted the challenge of facing a disciplined opponent like Celtic, but expressed confidence in his squad’s ability to rise to the occasion if backed by the home crowd at the Rajko Mitić Stadium.

The highly anticipated clash takes place on September 24, with fans expected to fill the stands and create the kind of atmosphere that has long been synonymous with European nights in Belgrade.
