BREAKING NEWS: Nuggets’ Releases Latest Nikola Jokić Injury Report Amid Warriors Matchup…

Nikola Jokić, Jamal Murray Among Nuggets Listed on Injury Report for Warriors Matchup…

Jokić was rested on Wednesday, while Murray has missed Denver’s last three games.

Nikola Jokić and Jamal Murray are both on the Denver Nuggets’ injury report ahead of their Friday night game against the Golden State Warriors, scheduled for a 10 p.m. ET tip-off.

Denver submitted its injury report early, listing seven players with various statuses for the matchup. Meanwhile, Golden State has yet to release its report.

Jokić is listed as probable due to a left ankle impingement. He was given a rest day in the Nuggets’ last game against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, following his remarkable 61-point triple-double against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.

Murray, however, is questionable for the game as he continues to deal with inflammation in his right hamstring, which has sidelined him for the past three games.

Nuggets’ Injury Report Beyond Jokić and Murray

In addition to Jokić and Murray, five other Nuggets players appear on the injury report.

Like Jokić, Aaron Gordon and Christian Braun are both listed as probable. Gordon is managing a right calf injury, while Braun has a left foot strain. Both were rested on Wednesday.

Peyton Watson and Julian Strawther join Murray in the questionable category. Watson is dealing with right knee inflammation, and Strawther is nursing a left knee sprain.

The only player ruled out is DaRon Holmes III, who is recovering from right Achilles tendon surgery.

Denver currently holds a 47-30 record, placing them third in the Western Conference, three games behind the Houston Rockets in the race for the second seed.

After facing the Warriors, the Nuggets will shift focus to their next game, a home matchup against the Indiana Pacers on April 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
