JUST IN: Bruins Send Shockwaves Through the Locker Room with Bold Roster Moves Ahead of Pivotal Showdown Against the Wild.

The Boston Bruins moved closer to full strength on Tuesday, activating forward Mark Kastelic from injured reserve. Kastelic, who had been in concussion protocol since suffering an injury on January 20 against San Jose, is set to rejoin the lineup.

In his first season with Boston, the 25-year-old has contributed four goals and nine assists over 45 games. His return will see Cole Koepke sidelined as a healthy scratch.

To clear space on the roster, the Bruins reassigned Vinni Lettieri to Providence, meaning the Minnesota native will miss Tuesday night’s matchup against his hometown team, the Wild. The 29-year-old recorded two goals in eight games with Boston.

With this move, Hampus Lindholm remains the only Bruins player on injured reserve. He is not expected back until after the two-week NHL 4 Nations Face-Off break.
