BREAKING NEWS: Former Detroit Lions Wide Receiver Shot Following Departure from Strip Club: Alarming Incident Revealed.

According to a report from 9News in Denver, former Detroit Lions wide receiver Josh Reynolds was one of two individuals injured in a shooting that occurred after leaving a strip club last week. The incident took place on October 18, with details obtained by the NBC affiliate from court documents.

Reynolds was reportedly shot twice: once in his left arm and once in the back of his head. The identity of the other victim, who was shot in the back, has not been disclosed. The report did not include any updates on the 29-year-old receiver’s health.

Before the shooting, Reynolds and the other victim were at Shotgun Willie’s, a strip club located in the Glendale area, and they left around 2:45 a.m. Court documents indicate that there were no disturbances inside the club.

After exiting, Reynolds and the other victim were pursued by two drivers who opened fire on them. When their vehicle became inoperable, they fled on foot.

On Wednesday, police announced they had arrested two suspects in connection with the shooting: Burr Charlesworth and Luis Mendoza.

Reynolds, who joined the Broncos in March, had spent the last three seasons with the Lions. In 38 games (29 starts), he recorded 1,393 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. Last season, he achieved a career-high with 40 receptions for 608 yards and five touchdowns.

The eight-year veteran faced criticism for his performance in last season’s NFC Championship against the San Francisco 49ers, where several key drops contributed to the Lions’ defeat.

Currently, Reynolds is on injured reserve due to a broken finger and did not travel with the Broncos for their game in New Orleans last Thursday.
