Crvena zvezda Host Radnički Kragujevac in Belgrade SuperLiga Clash
Belgrade, September 28, 2025 – Serbian champions Crvena zvezda return to domestic duty tonight as they welcome Radnički Kragujevac to the Rajko Mitić Stadium in what promises to be another high-energy SuperLiga encounter.
The Red-Whites enter the match in commanding form, sitting top of the table with a perfect record of seven wins from seven matches. Their attacking firepower has been on full display, with a remarkable 30 goals scored and only five conceded so far this season.
Head coach Vladan Milojević is expected to rotate his squad slightly after last week’s 1–1 Europa League draw with Celtic, but insists his side will not underestimate Radnički.
“Every opponent in the league deserves respect. We want to keep our rhythm and show the same intensity at home,” Milojević said in his pre-match press conference.
Radnički Kragujevac, meanwhile, arrive in Belgrade looking to build on a solid mid-table start. Though underdogs, they have proven capable of frustrating bigger sides with disciplined defending and quick counterattacks.
The spotlight will again fall on Zvezda’s attacking trio, with Marko Arnautović and Tomás Händel tipped to start, while fans are eager to see whether Miloš Veljković will anchor the defense after impressing in Europe.
With the Rajko Mitić expected to be near capacity, tonight’s clash offers Crvena zvezda the chance to extend their unbeaten domestic run and further cement their dominance at the top of the SuperLiga.
