Canucks Organization Signs Robby Drazner and Cam Knuble
Cam Knuble, who wore the assistant captain’s “A” this season, capped off his collegiate career with a personal-best 15 points—netting five goals and assisting on ten. His standout moment came with the primary assist on the decisive goal in the national championship win over Boston University. Over five seasons with Western Michigan, the Grand Rapids native tallied 18 points (7G, 11A).
“Kalamazoo means a lot to me,” Knuble shared in a statement released by the Kalamazoo Wings. “It’s shaped both my life and my hockey journey. I’m proud to represent the Wings and play in front of such passionate fans.”
Robby Drazner, meanwhile, made an impact in his lone season with the Broncos, recording career highs with 14 points (5G, 9A). Known for his physical presence, the Buffalo Grove, Illinois product posted a +18 rating, blocked 33 shots, and earned NCHC Distinguished Scholar Athlete honors for his academic performance.
“I’m thrilled to join the K-Wings and stay in Kalamazoo after my time at Western Michigan,” Drazner said. “This fan base is incredible, and I’m eager to kick off my pro career with such a respected organization.”
