Wisła II Kraków Bolsters Attack with Adrián Rodado Signing

Kraków, Poland — August 26, 2025

Wisła II Kraków have officially signed Spanish striker Adrián Rodado, younger brother of first-team star Ángel Rodado, in a move that adds firepower and family flair to the club’s reserve squad.

The 23-year-old forward arrives from Spanish lower-tier side UD Ibiza B, where he tallied 11 goals last season. Known for his pace, off-the-ball movement, and clinical finishing, Adrián is expected to slot into Wisła II’s frontline as they push for promotion in the Betclic III Liga.

“This is more than just a transfer—it’s a reunion,” said Wisła’s sporting director Krzysztof Kołodziej. “Adrián has the hunger and technical quality we need, and having his brother Ángel already thriving in our first team creates a unique chemistry we’re excited to tap into.”

Adrián has already made an impression in preseason, scoring in one of two friendlies and showing glimpses of the attacking instinct that runs in the Rodado bloodline. His arrival comes at a crucial time, with Wisła II preparing for a midweek clash against Avia Świdnik, where former Wisła icon Patryk Małecki may feature for the opposition.

While Ángel Rodado continues to dominate headlines with his goal-scoring exploits in the I Liga, Adrián’s journey begins with quieter expectations—but no shortage of ambition.

“I’m here to earn my place,” Adrián said in his first interview. “Wisła is a club with history, and I want to help write the next chapter.”
