JUST IN: Kavion Broussard Stuns Fans by Leaving Ole Miss After One Season to Strengthen Arkansas Razorbacks’ Offensive Line.

Kavion Broussard is making the move to Arkansas, aiming to strengthen the Razorbacks’ offensive line for the 2025 season, his agents revealed to Matt Zenitz and Chris Hummer of 247Sports on Monday.

The towering 6-foot-6, 310-pound Louisiana native was a standout member of Ole Miss’s 2024 recruiting class. Rated as a 3-star prospect by 247Sports, Broussard ranked as the No. 52 offensive tackle and No. 20 player in Louisiana. However, after just one season in Oxford, during which he didn’t see any game action, Broussard has decided to take his skills to another SEC program in need of offensive line depth.

Initially, Broussard chose Ole Miss over offers from schools like Mississippi State, Missouri, and Miami. Known for his versatility, he has the capability to play both tackle and guard positions. In his transfer decision, Broussard reportedly selected Arkansas over competing offers from Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech, Arkansas State, Miami, and Marshall.

This move to Arkansas doesn’t come as a shock. Broussard visited the Razorbacks’ campus last Thursday, named Arkansas as a top contender the following day, and now, just three days later, is set to join the program. His goal is to carve out playing time and make an impact for the Razorbacks in the 2025 season.
