JUST IN: Las Vegas Raiders Star Collapses During Sobriety Test, Shocking Arrest Report Unveils.

An arrest report from Las Vegas police has revealed new details about the DUI arrest of Las Vegas Raiders player Charles Snowden. The defensive end is facing a misdemeanor DUI charge, according to court records.

Police discovered Snowden near Rainbow Boulevard and Sunset Road on Monday after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found the vehicle locked with a man, later identified as Snowden, apparently asleep inside. Despite multiple attempts to rouse him, Snowden would briefly wake up and then fall back asleep, oblivious to the officers’ presence.

After around 10 minutes of knocking, Snowden finally woke up, turned off the car, and exited. Officers noted that he was unsteady on his feet and required assistance to remain upright. They also detected the strong odor of alcohol.

Snowden’s defense attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, have stated that their client plans to plead not guilty. “Mr. Snowden will be entering a not guilty plea and we will address the matter in court, which is the appropriate setting,” they said.

The Las Vegas Raiders also issued a statement regarding the incident. “The Raiders are aware of the situation involving Charles Snowden and have been in communication with the NFL and local authorities. The club will not make further comments as this is an ongoing legal matter,” the statement read.

Snowden is scheduled for a court appearance on Tuesday.
