New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr is expected to be sidelined for the next few weeks, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
Garafolo reported, “Sources tell me and @RapSheet that #Saints QB Derek Carr is likely to miss several games due to an oblique injury he sustained against the Chiefs. New Orleans faces two games in the next nine days, with Carr expected to sit out Sunday’s matchup with the #Buccaneers and Thursday’s game against the Broncos.
In Carr’s absence, rookie Spencer Rattler may step in as his replacement, per Garafolo’s update.
