Done Deal: Miami Heat Officially Reaches Another Shocking NBA Agreement with Pensacola Kid in a Blockbuster Deal…

The Miami Heat have reached an agreement with veteran forward Nassir Little on a one-year deal, according to NBA insider Chris Haynes.

Little, a free agent, had previously worked out for several other teams, including the Boston Celtics, Golden State Warriors, and Sacramento Kings.

The Heat currently have 14 players on fully guaranteed contracts, with additional players on non-guaranteed or training camp deals. Due to their luxury tax concerns, adding a 15th player would push them over the second tax apron, so the specifics of Little’s contract are uncertain. It’s likely to be either non-guaranteed or partially guaranteed.

The 24-year-old forward became a free agent after being waived by the Phoenix Suns late last month. Last season, he appeared in 45 games for the Suns, starting twice, and averaged 3.4 points and 1.7 rebounds in 10.2 minutes per game. Little spent his first four NBA seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers before joining the Suns through a three-team trade in September.
