Miami Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel addressed the possibility of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa being placed on injured reserve after suffering another concussion.
While McDaniel did not dismiss the idea, he mentioned that the team still needs more information to make that decision. So far, the option hasn’t been discussed with Tagovailoa or his representatives.

If Tagovailoa were to be placed on injured reserve, he would be sidelined for at least four weeks. This would be a significant development for both the team and the quarterbackâs health. For now, the Dolphins are taking things day by day as they monitor his recovery from the concussion.
Despite the situation, Tagovailoa has expressed that he does not plan to retire. Both he and the team are expected to take extra precautions regarding his health going forward.
