De Geus, 26, has played in 11 games this season between the Marlins and Mariners, primarily pitching in triple-A for Jacksonville and Tacoma. His combined stats this season include a 5.60 ERA, a 7.9% walk rate, a 14.9% strikeout rate, and a 58.9% groundout rate over 47 appearances.

Rodríguez has struggled in his four games with the Blue Jays this season, posting a 15.43 ERA, with five strikeouts and nine runs allowed in 4 2/3 innings.
