Titans Update: T’Vondre Sweat Dominates in Bears Matchup
Tennessee Titans rookie defensive tackle, T’Vondre Sweat, earned praise for his standout performance against the Chicago Bears, with Brian Callahan highlighting his efforts during a “Baldy Breakdown” segment.
Callahan, speaking with Jim Wyatt, shared his thoughts on Sweat’s progression, saying, “It was pretty remarkable. Sweat has shown continuous improvement since arriving here. Every week at training camp, he’s gotten more comfortable, more fit, and he’s learning the game. His weight is coming down, and he’s in better shape. He was a real force out there.”
Callahan also mentioned his aim for a more balanced distribution of carries between running backs. In the game, Tony Pollard had 16 carries compared to Tyjae Spears’ 4, with Pollard being the primary runner as he found early success.
Additionally, Blake Beddingfield analyzed the positive and negative aspects of the Titans’ performance in their loss.
