Thomas argued that if Brown had congratulated White immediately after the decision, the subsequent criticism towards Nike and Team USA would have been better received.
Brown recently addressed the issue, stating that he and White are on good terms. The Celtics will need to ensure there’s no tension between Brown and White as they aim to defend their NBA title in the upcoming season.
