Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced that the team has issued a qualifying offer to defenseman Thomas Harley. This move retains Harley’s negotiating rights with the Stars.
The following players, however, did not receive qualifying offers and will become unrestricted free agents on July 1:
– Max Ellis (Right Wing)
– Nils Lundkvist (Defenseman)
– Matt Murray (Goaltender)
– Sam Steel (Center)
